TRAFALGA (FAMILY FUN CENTER?)
For my birthday I decided to take the family to Trafalga miniature golfing. We stayed the inside course because it was a bit chilly. Did anyone know they changed it all to blacklights only? This does not sit well with Brad. (Ask him about the Johnny B's hypnotist show 9 years ago.) So needless to say he got a little nautious. (I'm not sure I spelled that right.)
Taggert of all my kids, is in a testy moody phase right now that I hope soon passes. He did not want to golf because he didn't know how! After two holes Happy Gilmore came out to play and he literally hit the double date going on in front of us a couple of times. The funniest was at the 18th hole at the toilet in the outhouse. He just couldn't understand how that was possible and if it doesn't go in where the HECK does your ball go? (Settle down Tag, it's just a game.) It was a fun night after all.

Drexton has a true engineers mind, like his father. Every hole, before he would hit the ball, he walked the course to see where the ball was going to go and where it would end up from a tunnel or wherever it came out. You could see his wheels turning the whole game.

The Jakers Pumpkin Patch!
It was a little adventure to say the least trying to find this patch in Springville. We went baja-ing through somebody else's field in the minivan to get to the right road. We even had 3 little kids waving at us from their back porch like we were a novelty. LOL!! (Ask Jen B.)

Teaming up to find the perfect pumpkin.

eeewww!! Pulling out the guts.

Dad helping carve the faces.

The finished product! It's only been a week and a half and they are already rotting. :(

Beautiful Colors!

We rode up to Aspen Hills Saturday to pick up the trailer and roast one more hot dog. Gosh! It was gorgeous and just a little chilly, enough for a jacket.

Addie is just getting over the flu this week, (not sure which kind), but still feeling well enough to make fun of Logan all week.
Pumpkin Patch!

We took the preschool to the Red Barn in Santaquin Wed. We rode the wagon, picked a just-right-size pumpkin in the small patch, and picked an apple from the orchard. The guy driving the tractor told the kids they could throw their apple cores out in the orchard when they were done eating them, and that he would drive around for a minute. I don't even think he got back on the tractor before Drexton took 2 bites and chucked his apple, probable just so he could be the first one to do it.

"I'll pick a pumpkin, but I'm not getting a photo!"

Tag's 1st Missing Tooth!

Can you believe it was only loose for about 2 days, then his brothers helped knock it out playing "Smear the Queer" (football game) on the tramp.

Who's kid is this?

I didn't think Logan would participate in this Spirit Dress-up week all week, but he was a great sport and had all his own ideas.
Nerd Day!

Hero Day! (Yes, these are my dance pants from high school my mom made me.)
He is supposed to be Nacho Libre, there is a funny story behind that one that happened earlier in the week in gym class, let's just say it did involve a wrestling match.

Clash Day!
